Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund policy for Classroom / instructor led online training

  • Edushore reserves the right to postpone or cancel a training program or change the location of the program because of insufficient enrolments, facilitator illness, or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)
  • In case Edushore cancels a classroom training program, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate
  • If a cancellation is done by a delegate 14 days or more, prior to the training schedule, 5% of the total paid amount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the delegate
  • If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 to 13 days, prior to the training schedule, 10% of the total paid amount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the delegate
  • If a cancellation is done by a delegate less than 7 days, prior to the training schedule, no refunds will be made
  • All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request

Refund policy for E-Learning courses

  • The payment made for E-Learning courses will NOT be refunded

Rescheduling policy for Classroom or Instructor-led online training

  • In case Edushore reschedules the training program, following options are available to the delegate:
  • 100% refund will be made to the delegate if the rescheduled dates do not work out for the delegate
  • The delegate can send his / her replacement to the rescheduled training program subject to the pre-requisites set by Edushore. However, this replacement should be communicated to Edushore 3 days prior to the training program’s date

In case the delegate wishes to reschedule the training program to a future schedule that is announced by Edushore, following rescheduling fees are applicable:

  • If the request of rescheduling is received 14 days or more, prior to the training schedule, 5% of the registration fee is charged
  • If the request of rescheduling is received 7 to 13 days, prior to the training schedule, 10% of the registration fee is charged
  • If the request of rescheduling is received less than 7 days, prior to the training schedule, no refunds will be made to the delegate
